Whenever I go to bed every night my sore neck is real and cannot seem to be comfortable whatever?
I go to bed and my neck and back (especially the neck) are real sore, no matter how I sleep again its uneasy. one day it just started happening and has happened since? atm im 21 years too .... can be started happenin about a year ago? its gotten to the point where I can feel all day. What is the best way around this? Posturepedic bed? magnets?
Buy a new pillow and see a chiropractor. They may recommend a new bed, but you get the treatment your advice. If you just say to a seller in a bed store, they will take you directly to the most expensive room they have and tell you that you have need it. Even with all this stuff. Im not saying they will not work for you, but get professional advice. Being in pain makes you a victim of sale.
