How to heal a sore back, related to posture while studying for long periods?

I do not know if anyone else has this problem, but I use a laptop, and when I'm at the table or desk, I can never find a good position to sit who will not leave my back felt strained ... I have a good chair can lean back and everything, but my back / shoulder always end badly, even for less than an hour, if I type or study. I wonder if anyone has any recommendations for get rid of this type of back pain / strain. I tried stretching, laying down for a while ... What could I do? Thank you for all the helpful suggestions or comments, Thanks.

If you your home office, get a home station for your laptop. These things are the epitomy of evil for the back, because no matter what you do, you will in a position that strains your back. You want a docking station that will screen slightly above eye level and you will need a keyboard down to a lower level. If you can get your job in a good position, the rest should take care of itself. There are more things that you can and should do, but a job in a good position is a good start.
