What is a type of mattress recommended for someone who is inclined to do in his back? Bulging disks, etc.
In In the past, I found that the harder the mattress, the less likely I am to wake up in pain. Currently, a mattress Sealy Posturepedic Premium ... as hard as I could find. But now it is approaching time to change it, and I know that much has been invented since I bought. I wonder about Memory Foam. Never tried a water bed. May be other options that I would consider comfort. Speaking Generally, less Upstream release in a mattress .... the first sign of wear ... I begin to wake up in pain that lasts all day or more .... and changes not being able to stand straight. Ideas? What orthopedic doctors recommended? What experience one of you have had with the different types ... those of you who are weak back like mine.
Lisa J is right, a bed Tempurpedic may be the answer (it's a memory foam bed). Some Tempurpedic beds are softer, but some are more firm. Memory foam is generally considered a soft foam in the sense that it has sufficient support by itself. However, on top of a mattress core firm, it can be firm enough so that the type of high density, if it is thick enough, if it has a firmness rating of about 15-16 and, more importantly, if this is the kind of temperature. Tempurpedic mattresses, but not all brands of memory foam, softening around your body for better contouring, but more deeply it is colder and firmer. Do not buy a water bed, it is not firm enough, nor support despite its thinness capabilities.
