subluxation causing my chest pain?

Recently I started having chest pain with no idea why. The pain will the middle of my chest to my arm and back and when I went to the doctor, he said that everything was normal for him. I have bad posture enough and I was wondering if subluxation could be causing my chest pain? Also, I want to mention that the pain is not constant, it is quite not random I do not get short of breath and pain just goes away with exercise and also im only 19

This could be the case but I go to the hospital to have a done.It ECG does not sound good to me. Colors.
