Is there anything I could do to help me grow (more questions inside)?
In exercising certainly healthy eating and contributing to good health, but do they help growth as well? I undestand that if you suffer from malnutrition, you may not reach the height of your potential, then I understand that assistance in this regard, it is not what I mean … What About posture? I know you can appear taller posture, but also maintain good posture and contribute to growth? I am 17 and 5'8, if it is important. Around this time does growth end?
