My back is a little influenced and I need advice?
My lower back is a bit affected and I work on my posture and a lot of training. I am in great shape, but my stomach is coming to because of my back let go. Is there an exercise I can do to fix this. When I pull the inside domination my stomach is very flat and has more definition, but my natural position is not that way. Suggestions?
All doctors and nutritionists said targeted weight loss is not possible, especially in the waist and stomach areas, but I managed with acai berry.
