Pain lumbar oblique workout?
IVE makes these workouts where you hold a dumbbell in one hand and lean on the side and back to tone / strengthen my obliques. bells 15 lbs. The next day my lower back began to hurt .. but not constantly. I can trigger the pain by sitting in awkward positions, as resting on a chair without a correct posture (I know it isn't correct). but lately IVE keep my posture straight back to avoid pain. It's hard to say if its located but its above the tailbone. Im wondering if it could be spine or muscles? I am still able to do strenuous activities such as basketball and other sports. I am now looking to strengthen the lower back and also stretch the back muscles as well. any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
You pinched a muscle When you have that training and must be released to get rid of the pain. Yes, you can do as little pain by the way you hold your back but worse if you move to obtain the maximum pressure on the nip and less pain when you have the minimum amount of pressure there. Here's how you can free your back muscles: Back: (not sitting) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand on your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press and hold them. After 30 seconds, slowly lower your body forward and out your left leg, keeping your left arm pretty simple as you do. When you reach your turn to stay there for 10 seconds, release the pressure, but there remains for another 30 seconds. Then reverse the position of your hand and make your right.
