
I want to create a swimmers body with broad shoulders, but do not want to become too thin?
I swam laps in the summer last and I noticed a huge difference in my posture, my shoulders got a load wider and the rear has a lot straiter.l want so much larger than the lifting in the gym. Is it true, if I swim a lot I usually look as big muscles?
Nah, your muscles will always good. Keep a set of weights near the sofa. When you watch TV, add a few inches I used to do, and it was awesome. You get into a routine and do lots of them. I should start again, actually. Thank you for reminding me!
