
Help! My upper back is curved in an intuitive way back and my posture is generally bad?
Hello I need suggestions or exercises that can help my posture. My upper back is arched my neck and my shoulders and moves on as the curve ahead. Some tips / suggestions welcome
Check with MD for scoliosis (curvature of the spine). Can be corrected if it is and if left untreated may cause problems worse, pain, and body image. The tests are easier to just need radiographs !!!!!
