Is running barefoot really help or harm your health?
Apparently barefoot running can be very beneficial Traffic and also in your stamp feet, but I worked for six months at a shoe store and of course heard of any technology in damping systems as well as shoes promote better posture (such as blocks pronation) when running. What do you think. Is wearing shoes when running long distances (about 5km) a good idea or better without? Please give me your opinion
I train with a girl who swears by running barefoot, she uses Vibram Five Fingers. She is struggling with knee problems and pronation in the past, and now the problems have disappeared. She said that running barefoot is time to get used to, but it's worth it. New York Times recently had an article about running barefoot. If you search their site, you should find it. Edit: I found the article. See the source link.
