Posture Straightening Exercises

Is it possible to adjust the curvature of non-surgical spine (kyphosis and lordic, no scoliosis) and if so how?

I a man of 23 years and I noticed that my back has an exaggerated curve lordic kypotic and then the side of my posture resembles an 'S' and not as scoliosis, which looks back from a 'S'. The curvature is not very far and has not caused me any back problems that I'm aware. It could be genetic or due to bad posture, I am not sure but I think it is not interesting and not normal and I wonder if it is possible to straighten my spine without surgery and without a back brace. I have seen exercise programs different on the Internet that suggest it is possible, but I want the advice of a professional, and right now I have no money to go see a doctor. So before you try some of these exercise programs, I want to know if they really work and how long will it take before seeing results ... In short, any advice would be sweet .. Thank you.

I have a friend with scoloisis sweet and she wears a corset.
