Burns thoracic spine?
My upper spine burns like sh ** when I get on my inversion table, I think T4 or T5 disc to burst, it also hurts when I raise my arm. I'm 40 pounds over weight right now, and I know that excess weight is not helping my posture or spine top. Could my mattress Temperpedic be part of the guilty, and I have to go to a number of sleep Bed. I do not know what to do. I am so angry about it, I eat in response to pain. I think the pain should calm down some before I can have motivation to lose weight I feel like I'm in a Catch 22 here. I can not stand this pain is horrible
