Is it normal for my back and shoulders hurt and feel tight and when I try to improve my posture?

To improve I try to keep my posture my shoulder blades together and your shoulders back and down. I heard that improve posture and angle headfirst. Is it normal to feel tightness in this area when you do so and is pass?

Yes, it is normal that you normally not push your shoulder blades together. Do it gently every morning when you rise up ... Then keep pushing gently back and forth for the next 10 minutes. Finally, your shoulder muscles will get used to. To improve your posture, and look higher ... think high. Imagine that chain is attached to the crown of your head and you pull up. It will automatically straighten the spine. Think big:)
