MBT shoes and movement?
Hello, I am considering purchasing a pair of MBT shoes. They are very expensive and are supposed to do wonders for your legs and posture. I want to wear them during exercise. Does anyone have these shoes and you use when exercising? Are they worth $ 250? Thank you!
