backache-office job President pillow?
I have a horrible back pain every day in the afternoon after work for about five hours of typing and sitting in this chair. What can I do to solve this problem? Do any of these "chair pillows posture "or something like that work? Also, if so, how much they cost, what they are called and where can I buy one. I only 27 and I 80 feel due to my bad back!

Your company is required to give you relief for injuries work. Request an ergonomic chair, which does have legs standard, but a platform rear L-shape allows the seat to swing slightly. In addition, you can use an ergonomic ball. They are very comfortable, once you learn to use them. Good luck.
