My cats can not agree. 2 cats can not get along with a cat 3. I had cat third four weeks. PLEASE HELP!?
I have a cat mother and her newborn kitten 6 months ago. I took in a cat 18 months ago 4 weeks. I have separated the first and only well fed. Now I need to integrate them into the house so I do not separate them all the time. I want them to be friends. The momma cat was the aggressor early, now she has calmed down again and the male cat has taken an aggressive posture. The kitten is a male and it is now six months old. I think he would like another cat to play with and he tries to make friends, but the new cat is having none of that for the moment. What should I do? I love them all and need to hear. I am ready to put the work to get them to agree. I thought to put them all together in the room for a few days but I fear they willl kill each other. What should I do? They are all sterilized
Honestly .. two things .. I had two cats who used to hear for 5 years. I had to separate them ... I have one that is ... Special physically. It has 3 claws on its paws, its shorter, and folded .. he is not having a diaphragm .. how he is still living, I have no idea! lol .. the vet said he should have died in six months .. But one of my cats was attacked when he went to the bathroom ... he wouldnt eat it ... distorted the kitty started pooping wherever he felt the need to go .... So I had separate .. they may "never", as the other, as this case .... BUT ... I have 6 cats .. they didn't "all" used for other as everyone .. What I would try .. is to put one of them in a crate in the same room with eachother .. they could attack the cage .. but they cannot ill eachother ... but make sure food, water and a litter pan for a few days .. Make sure to go out and give love away from the rest of them .. so it doesn't feel like hes being punished .. Whatever your cat is .... choice if you put the aggressive there .. it will feel like you let the newbie ".. Having its territory on the other hand if you put the most passive in there, it might feel as if he is in league with the latter means and cannot get out .. So you can put between the two (Let him passive in the first day .. then remove and place in on ..) but it will also give them a chance to be forced the aggressive smell each other scents and not be able to hurt each other.
