
I'm 21 and 5'6, make daily stretching and jumping. Is it possible for me to get more?
I'm 168cm height. I turned 21 in March and tried to get higher since. Having read most of the other posts on the height growth after puberty, I was hoping I could get some answers on my own case. I do everything from daily stretching exercises to improve my posture, body erect, knees, etc. and I also exercise a suppliment called HGH Gaba. Most sites that I read on the condition that the plates in our legs are not fully fuse until 21 or shortly after that, and I was hoping someone could tell me what my changes more in height are. I would ideally like to be a 172 (4 cm high), but I do not know if all these efforts is a quixotic or not. More information: My father is about 5'5. My mother is about 5'1. I can not remember exactly, but I have been the same height since I was 14 or 15. Good news or positive support (which is honest) would be welcome.
theres really not much you can do bbbuuuuuuuuuttttttt I have heard that yoga techniques can help you develop one or two inches higher. JUST try, I know it sounds crazy, but perhaps you have not had your growth spurt yet ??????????????? if this dosent work seven just be happy with the body God gave you !!!!!!!!!!!!!
