
I walk 60 miles a week for my work. How can I walk with good posture and / or muscle groups exercise diff?
I walked 2.5 mph/20 + hours a week for my work. I know that works so could really hurt my body if I use a bad posture. Ideally I want to walk with good posture and muscle exercise as my abs and other areas. I figure I could kill two birds with one stone, so to say, if I can exercise at work. Suggestions?
