preventing foot pain?

I'm only 25, but I always had a lot of foot, knee, ankle pain. I am not an excess weight and have no major medical or orthopedic problems. I broke my foot as a kid and I was told that I had accumulated calcium on my heels. It hurts, but the wearing of shoes and heel gel helped. This is not a problem today. Recently, the sides my feet next to the smallest toe have been very painful (either or both). There is no reason for pain ovbious no bruising, ruthless ... Looking online, the closest guess I have is that this could be a mild Taylor's bunion. Perhaps related to pain heel (or the fact that I hate having bare feet on floors), I often stand on the outer edges of my feet (w / knees locked) or sit w / outside edges touch the ground (rather than the soles of my feet). I do not work like that, it would be tedious and not efficient (would roll my ankle). I do not want to appear that way, but it's like hands on hips or slouching in a chair-a habit bad posture! Anyone have similar probs or help?

So when I was about 40 years, I guess I failed and I finally saw a podiatrist. He had to change the way I was wearing shoes (I went to the waist) and put me in orthotics techniques (supporting feet). Basically, no problem since. My insurance covered it and the orthotics have lasted 10 years. I have also been badly wrong at the same time in the ball of his right foot and moved well. I suggest seeing a podiatrist.
