I work on my posture dance. I need suggestions for training / exercise that continues to strengthen my muscles back so I will see physical improvement of the class. Help.
Go to the site below and go to the supersite. Go to the exercises, select the body part you want to work and it will give you a list of things you can do with the appropriate form. Do not pay attention to all the hype bodybuilding just use the information it has that relevant. My suggestions are lat pulldowns, Close Grip pulldowns, pull ups, Rear Delt flies, and Hyperextension.
