How can I speed up the healing of soft tissue injury?
Due to improper sitting posture at the computer, I was injured soft tissue at the back of my thigh. I went to physical therapy and had an MRI. Doctors tell me that the injury is healed, but I still feel a burning sensation at the hearing gradually. In fact, the pain decreased significantly after one year has passed. Today the pain is confined to the local just below my left cheek around the thigh. I'm sitting on a pillow, Tempur-Pedic, regularly stretching and exercise and massage area. However, I feel the soft, still uneasy feeling at the meeting. Does anyone have suggestions on how to accelerate the healing of what is causing this pain?
try stretching it will help a lot. but do not try to stretch too hard because it will actually make things worse
