How can I maximize my growth potential before I reached adulthood?
I am five feet tall and 16 years. I know the growth plates do not close until the early 20s and until then I want to make the most of the time I have left. I eating a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates and walk regularly, to make me quite active. I also aim to 8 hours of sleep each night. My family as far as I know, it's big enough and my three other brothers and sisters are great for their age. I did some research on this lately, and thought exercises and stretching techniques posture that would be helpful. I will also try to take more calcium in my diet. My question is how often and for how long should I exercise, and do I search all dietary supplements containing amino acids that stimulate the production of growth hormone? So am I getting enough sleep? If someone has a technique that worked for them or expert advice, I would appreciate it.
all world grows at their own pace. some people my age are like 2 feet higher than me, but im get there progressively. Carbohydrates and proteins usually helps (the only helps to exercise and muscle building). try calcium and vitamins.
