Exercises for poor posture?

Working at a computer desk job for the last 4 years I have poor posture classical bent to the front shoulder, belly to come to the intuition and upper back. What exercises can I do to help me with this problem. The websites that I have been to all give different answers

I worked on the physical clinical therapy as an aid for three years and was my favorite to teach people how-to correct their posture. Hope this makes sense. Exercise 1) Lie on your stomach with something to support your head (a rolled towel works best) with your head on the towel or pillow face down. Motion 1: Move your hands and arms to the exterior as your flight (making a fist and give a thumbs up). Now gently lift the arms and thumbs ceiling until you feel a good stretch. Respite representatives that you want. Make sure you go straight. Motion: 2 of the same position arms, except put your hands right by your side. Hands should be palm up. Now, raise your hands on the ground and gently stretch again with always palms up and arms outstretched. Respite with representatives of Motion 3: It may seem funny. Have you seen Beavis and Butthead. Otherwise I'll try explain. This time, put both arms to your side this time arm in a square-position palms are down with thumbs. When your elevator ready your arms on the ground and slowly move your arms straight .. Cross or touch hands do go straight. Then slowly move them to the same place position. And then come back. Have you ever seen the Karate Kid. Well here is the year 2: Lie on the floor on his back with something in your back that is comfortable. Like a roll foam or a towel. It may feel a bit uncomfortable. Now do the Karate Kid or angel in the snow. Place your arms straight above your head and slowly turn both arms in a cirlcle until you come to your side. Come back again above you head. You can do karate Kid as many representatives as you feel. Hopefully that makes sense. I would like to have pictures it would be easier to explain. It was the first time to explain with words. Good luck
