Posture Charts

Have ideal size and shape has changed over the years?

I bought a book on eBay in 1961 entitled "The secrets of balance, personality and model of beauty. "strange name I know but I'm finding really interesting because there are sections on posture and speech too! There is a chart to calculate your ideal weight. For example, if you're 5'2 with a small frame you should weigh 105. If you 5'2 with a medium frame, you should weigh 110. If you're 5'2 with a large frame, you should weigh 115. If you're 5'5 with a small part you should weigh 120. If you're 5'5 with a medium frame, you should weigh 125. If you're 5'5 with a large frame, you should weigh 130. Do these reliable right to you? I just wondered if the ideal weight for women and girls have changed a lot since the 1960s! I think housing is decided on the size of the wrist. Small = wrist less than 6 inches. Medium = wrist from 6 to 6.25 inches. Large = wrist more than 6.25 inches.

I do not go by the number on the scale is correct. There are girls who weigh a lot (and not even that tall), but they look toned and thin (perhaps a bit more stocky / muscular, but still thin). And there are girls who do not weigh much and have a small frame, but they are soft with muffin tops. Weight is fluctuating too much. I'm 5'2 "(Maybe 5'3") and weighs about 108 with a / medium small, and I exercise every day (I'm not thin but very normal health), if they seem well IMO, but this is not the same for everyone.
