I wear something like a back brace lately, which was mainly due to me poor posture. I tend to have a really bad back, and my breathing, posture and "transport" myself have improved, but when I wear it, my breathing is so tight, and I'm sure it's something inside (rib cage). It is expandable when I breathe, therefore Technically, I'm probably a bit of thinking about things. I also do not hold my head up properly, so I will get help for this reason that I sore shoulders the morning because of back and neck Silly. This is where all my power.
