What exercises are good to fix bad posture?

I am 15 with FHP (forward head), rounded shoulders, and shoulders projecting. I workout at the YMCA and do not have a personal trainer or go to the chiropractor. I just need to know what some of the best exercises that I have can do it myself with a short distance from the equipment.

Sitting in the office / typing cause serious back problems?

I am a student at a court reporter, if I am sitting at my computer 4-6 + for several hours every day. I have pain in my upper back area where my shoulder blades are as follows: it is often very bright and hurts when I'm standing or walking or lying down.
