A workout routine for someone who hates the gym?

I hate the idea of going to gym every day, running on a treadmill, lift weights, but I want to gain more strength and muscle tone. I do not need to lose weight, I just want a simple routine I can do that often does not lift weights so I can be strong and also improve my posture. I tried all bands of aerobic and other educational videos and I can not keep. I think I'm looking for is a more "natural" to get fit .... Any ideas?

Gaines does not help you lose weight. They are there to give the illusion that you are in fact leaner than you really are. They help keep the stomach, push your breasts and make it very difficult to breathe if they are made too tight. They can help you sit straight, but the only time I wore a belt (my wedding dress), it does make me stand up straight, but by the end of the night away to dig into my back was killing me EVERYWHERE. So I do not think it helps for that in the long term.

I was wondering if there was a way to correct my posture and make my shoulders less rounded. I use to have a posture very well, but its been like dragging the end.

My chiropractor gave me a big scope to help me - stand in a door open your arms folded and resting on each side of the door jamb. (Like, as if you surrender your hands up). It helps to get good positioning. I find when I do not feel well or if I'm self-conscious, results that I sort of slink in myself and always looking all schlumpy rounded shoulders and dripping. You will do your body and back a world of good if you can pick up properly! I always watch the old ladies pulled over and it reminds me stand! Ultimately, I chose the Simmons Beautyrest mattress extra Newberry. I realized during this process I do not like pads, but plush on top of very strong works for me.

Remember, there are many factors that go into choosing a mattress and each is based on the individual. Think about how you sleep, where the discomfort is appropriate and what you are looking for. This is not something you should accept. is correct is as important as nutrition and exercise.
