why shoes have heels?
Even many of mens shoes have a small heel - is it purely for fashion or does it help posture or something like that?
My guess? It was perhaps to keep the feet in stirrups, or to keep the shoe wear. The Most of your weight on the heel, so extra layers of leather will help bring longer.
