Marching Band Posture

Stretching and exercises that help back pain?

It is mid-way pinch ground until I get back (a few centimeters below my left shoulder blade) that I attribute to the hours of practice with a band on sousaphone. I always stretch and warm all day before I ever put it. I have no doubt that the first thing that staggers walking for so long is my position and I guess that helps my problem back. What can I do to help relieve the pain in my back, and prevent that happening in the future?

There is a booklet of sore I got back to my orthopedic doctor that I knew. I also did an exercise that strengthens the muscles that support your back. Lie on your back. It can put your arm on the side. Place your feet together. Slowly raise your feet a few inches ... maybe 6 "of soil. spread your feet apart slowly, then bring them together. Slowly lower your feet on the ground. Start by making about 5 of these ... Slowly increase the number of them that you do. You feel very much in your stomach. It strengthens the muscles that hold the back and it contributes to the stomach as well.
