I work with individuals who are seeking a solution to their health challenges.
They are "sick & tired of feeling sick & tired"
Rather than just treating the symptoms for temporary relief, they want
to address the underlying cause of the symptoms to achieve a lasting
effect.
They are open & willing to learn the true meaning of health &
wellness & take the action steps necessary to achieve it.

Building a Foundation
of Health
Whether you want to build a single level home or a skyscraper you must
start out with a strong foundation. My programs are designed to build
your health & wellness foundation.
The source of all problems can be traced back to stress.
Stress comes in 3 main areas:

Physical stress

Chemical stress

Emotional stress
These stresses cause a decrease in your
body's function which leads to your problems.
The goal of my programs is to reduce these stresses thus restoring your
function & creating an environment that gives your body a chance
to heal.
Think of it this way: If you take a hammer and hit your finger it is
going to cause damage & result in pain. The hammer is a physical
stress. Now think of that hammer hitting your finger repeatedly for
years. Due to the constant stress your finger never has a chance to
heal. Now if you stop hitting it with the hammer, the stress is taken
away the finger can begin to heal & the pain can go away.
No matter what your challenge is the only way to help your body heal
is to increase your function moving you towards health, wellness, healing
growth & repair as opposed to continuing with decreased function
moving towards sickness & disease.
So to move towards health & wellness you have to consistently be
doing the following 3 actions for a sustained period of time:
- Move Better
- Eat Better
- Think Better
My job is to coach you into lifestyle choices that promote this state
of function, health & wellness.
Remember:
- Your lifestyle choices create your environment;
- Your environment creates your physiology (function);
- Your physiology results in the conditions &
symptoms you experience.

Let me make clear that I don't treat any conditions.
I treat people who have conditions. My treatment programs help to restore
normal function which lets the individual start to heal resulting in an
improvement in their situation. Each person is unique & their results
will vary. Keeping that in mind here is a partial list of conditions I
have helped people with: ADD/ADHD, Asthma, Balance Problems, Chronic &

I use a variety of advanced techniques to help
restore your body's function. Each individual is unique & the techniques
used will vary even on a visit by visit basis. It depends on what your

I also use on occasion the standard
chiropractic manipulative therapy
(what people refer to as "cracking your back", although we
prefer to say adjusting your back) But I also have other non-force ways
of performing these joint manipulations for those who are uncomfortable
with the thought of "getting cracked".
