Head Forward Posture

head forward posture
Does anyone out there have their heads forward posture or know something?

I had this problem for several years and I tried just about everything without any help. My head sticking out my chest so far that I lose my balance. I read that for every inch that your ears are out of alignment with the center of your shoulders, every inch adds 10 kg to the weight of your head. For me, it's like having a watermelon large knotted around my neck constantly. HELP PLEASE

Willie, I suggest you get a reference to a physical therapist. They will be able to help you with these postural problems. One thing I can say is that the posture is usually a reflection of what we feel ourselves. So the first thing to improve your posture is better opinion of yourself! The next is to see a physiotherapist. You can try these postural movements to see if they help, but you see, it is difficult for the forward head position is not an isolated case in that the rest of the body is also out of alignment. You've probably rounded shoulders, tend to have a rounded upper back, but this may not be case, the lower returns will be affected, which also affect the hips. So, attacking a single domain does not. I would also say that you agree in a program of exercises of Pilate as this also help your posture. Stand against a wall so your head and upper back are flat against it. Keep your feet 12 18 cm from the wall and back in it so that the lower back is now flat. Slowly move your feet in a place where you feel the lower back to come on the wall. Stop at this point and maintain that posture and walk to the wall. This position is uncomfortable but it is a good starting position for a better fit. Finally, place a finger on the chin and gently push in. At the same time, put your head back until it may return later. Now Let go your head just a little forward. Again it is uncomfortable, but it's also a good posture position. Walk through your home with a book on your head because it will force you to improve your posture. Think big, but that will also remember that the posture is everything and you should always work to maintain.
