I did notice a lot and slumped lower back feels like it pushed in. ... Sometimes it gets really uncomforable aspescially my lower back .... there is nothing there that can stretch for me or something like a corset that I wear that would set back over time? When I realize that I am I set my shoulders slumped, but I can not back down to recover when I'm without flinching every muscle in my mid section to go straight ... and when I do that I can not walk without looking like a robot or somthin.
