How do I correct my posture?
"I used to have good posture, but I had a desk job, so I have been about sitting at a computer for a year. I am not there, but I find myself with the posture of shit. I try to remember to keep you right, but I busy and forget, or it just starts to hurt! Slouching gives me horrible headaches. What can I do to help my posture, and remember to keep you right?
I almost immediately found my bad posture by making continuous loops. Thats where you you locate and recover with two dumbbells just do loops. By taking the right, it works your back muscles that are used in straightening. After a few days to do this exercise, I think the problem was resolved - I would just randomly out that I was sitting perfectly upright on chairs etc. So you could spread stomach: 1) Stand 2) lean as far as you can until you think your whole frontside start stretch 3) it for thirty seconds to one minute and nights morning. Finally, if you do enough of you super stretch far, leading the muscles of your front-side elastic at least when not in use, which will turn your best posture (which is good because it your neck is also naturally further when at rest).
