I need help on a number of things: 1. What exercises strengthening good as I could to strengthen my legs so I can get higher on the jumps? 2. Besides the frog leg, what other things I can do to improve my walk inside drastically by about one month and a half? 3. How can I make better overview / Make sure I have good posture while I dance? Thanks for your help!
do your best and put effort into everything you made and you will improve as the days go ... but the legs do squats s judgment second and no .... in turn, was natural, no matter what someone said.
