My mother also told me that my posture is bad that I walk with my buttocks and pushed out my shoulders and head forward. This is probably due to the way I always sitting at my computer. I'm not a big office or a chair for support. Any suggestions for a better posture? Caffeine can make your bones shorter? Thank you for the reply Skittles. However, I am disabled with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and so I'm not busy. Fatigue is thus account caffeine. I try to be aware of my posture while my computer, but it's difficult. What a back brace and where can I find a?
Layoff of caffeine and take calcium tablets. Your posture can be improved by mentally tell yourself to sit with the back as straight and tall shoulders back. You can wear a corset back and help you. Also talk to your employer while having about getting a chair suited best for you. Be seeing you ....
