Hell, the secular power of the Antichrist, and the ecclesiastical power, combine to send their various instruments, furnished with infernal malice, with the political world, and with lies and deception of religion, and those forces in place to meet the devil for a decisive battle.

They are of their father the devil, they acted and influenced by him, it works efficiently in them and leads them captive at his will, they do his lusts, and are murderers and liars, and false teachers, like himself
