Why do I get pain above forearm while playing the guitar?
In my [right arm picking hand] I keep getting pains in my upper forearm. Strange thing is I just started having this problem. I have a good posture when I play and I tried the classical position as well, to no avail. I have this pain when I least though. I never get to fingerpicking. I think there could be tension, but I loose as much as I can. Anyone know what this could be? Or now a video that could help?
I too (From the milling process), I suspect that building muscle makes your sore arm, try not to play for one week (hard I know) and see if it goes wrong (mine does).
