
What excersize will help strengthen my back muscles for posture / neck and slumped correct?
"Many people seated behind the basin bones (ischial tuberosities) curling pond in the borough and the lower back and behind the neck and head thrust forward. "This is from a site I found all this research, they say to sit slightly forward of these bones, but it is virtually impossible able to sit on them. I can see how they are right, but I feel that I need to rehabilitate and strengthen some different muscles to correct this problem ... plz help?
