Correct Standing Posture

What is the correct standing position for yoga / meditation?

I try to correct my posture for standing yogs / meditation. How position yourself to get hold pride of lifting your adbomen above your pool? Should I tuck my butt in my navel and pell in my spine? Or is it more analogous to the way a pregnant woman walking with her belly first or how a model is? Also, sitting cross-legged, should I stand straight and relax or stand up straight and stiff?

I've never heard of a standing posture for meditation. This is because the feet are not stable enough to maintain the posture of meditation for long periods of time. Meditation is best done sitting or lying down.
