Do these exercises at least three times a day, but ideally every hour - especially if you spend most of the day in an office. Sitting at your desk, roll your pelvis backwards and then to forward, to find the neutral position, where you can feel your "sit bones. Exhale, and contract the lower abdominal muscles of the pelvic floor around 30 percent - as if you were a zip. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat five times. While sitting, shrug your shoulders to your ears, then relax, pulling shoulder blades down and in. with palms facing back, push with your hands until you feel your shoulders come into balance. Breathe and as you breathe, push your tongue against the roof of your mouth. At the same time, the elongated spine by imagining that someone pulling a hook above your head. Stand up, tighten your abdominal muscles big as you relax right through the spine touches the floor with your fingers if you can. Return slowly stacking the vertebrae on each other. (Do not attempt recovery if a back injury.) Sitting on your chair office, make sure your knees are bent at right angles, and do not cross your legs as this restricts blood flow. Place your feet flat on the ground and if you are wearing heels, use a footrest angle. Keep your ankles slightly forward of your knees. This movement will be back with his feet, and you prevent leaning forward in your chair. Make sure the lower back is supported. If your chair is not equipped with a bow, use a cushion, or a rolled towel.
