
how to correct my posture?
ok, so I did horrible posture, my shoulders are always collapsed without me even realizing it. I try to correct my posture, but I give after a while because its to stretch my back. I also look like an idiot because I want my chest and standing and as I have a rod in my ass lol. So how do I do this correctly, I want it off as natural and unforced.
You should stretch your back often (sometimes daily) and also do exercises to strengthen back. This will naturally make it easier for you to stand. Then it just practice, practice, practice!
