Correct Forward Head Posture

How can I improve my posture?

Are there ways to improve my posture? I'm 35 and kind of tall (6'3 ") And was told that I kind of hunch over a little. I think the best way to describe it is that my head and neck of the genus is lean forward a little too much instead of being straight. It doesn't give me any problems but I think I might look better if it was improved. Am I too old to correct it now or are there ways to improve it?

Hi, Yes, you can improve your posture at any age. Being a person in a large Mans world average does not help. The reason why many large intuition "because you look to use benchtop, you slump your hips forward in the car sit lower and you usually leave your body a droop just not to be too high as some friends and family. You intuition to get weaker, after all, everything is below you! As an osteopath I see many people for many diseases and biomechanical posture often plays a big role, and while it is a great task to correct postural problems structural defects that may require surgery, the good news is that light "intuitions" - in particular those large that a "crisis" following the use of commands designed for the person of average size - posture is an easy solution that any osteopath or chiropractor can attend. Search "osteopath in your local phone book and give a call and discuss your concerns. Or default check "Alexander Technique Therapists" that take a bit but also successful approach. Good luck.
