
What lies behind that I can do to improve the show?
I'm sitting behind a computer for a long period of time most days and Im starting to notice that when I'm walking a little folded. When I try to walk with my back straight it hurts. What Some sections are good workouts or even to help improve posture? EDIT: Sorry I meant posture.
you could try a passage where you lie flat on your stomach with hands under his chin and lift your head and arms on the ground for about 10 seconds. stand for few seconds and repeat several times.
