How can we keep the upper body exercises to put excessive pressure on the neck or trapezius muscles?

I am a personal trainer and a client who is struggling to stabilize weight exercises for upper body and abdominal exercises, sometimes without putting pressure on the neck (trapezius area specifically) Could it simply be due to trapezius underdeveloped it is a difficult time providing the stabilizing force? Or perhaps something to do with their daily activities .. sleep habits, etc. posture. It is in excellent health, yoga at least twice a week, and has a construction very thin. (About 5'11 "with very low BMI and thin ... bordering lanky)

Hey You do not know if this will work for bodybuilding, but it works for me during Pilates. My instructor told us this stuff, and its impressive for neck pain by running a mat. Ask them to support on his tongue in the roof of his mouth the next time she is feeling stress, and see if that relieves tensions. It may also need to use its base a little more to support his upper body rather than letting his neck to take the blows.
