
All useful features to improve posture?
I have horrible posture. Many back problems in my family. My sister has scoliosis, and I have what is called a swayback, "which means that the curvature of my spine is more pronounced at the bottom of my back. For this reason, my posture is horrible. I always greater than back pain in my muscles, as slouching is much more comfortable with the curve in my lower back. My question is Next: I'm in my mid-30s and now my upper back starts to bend. I tried yoga, exercises, and being aware of my posture, but nothing works. I may need some type of reinforcement rear harness, or a device to re-train my body in good posture. Any who have experience or suggestions? Thank you very much!
