What type pillow to sleep better?
Tempurpedic, cervical pillow, Travel, ... ??? I was hoping for the best neck and back posture during sleep.
Tempurpedic pillow and I just love it! I also have a memory foam pillow generic Sams Club. Of the two, I much prefer the Tempurpedic pillow. He cashmere cover on one side and satin on the other, so one night I turned on a hot on the side satin. I have no experience with sleeping with a pillow travel, except on an airplane. I had whiplash from an accident car once and used a neck pillow for a while. I do not really care if it.
