What is the best way to create in a better position?
I did notice a lot and slumped lower back feels like it has grown po ... Sometimes it gets really uncomforable aspescially my lower back .... there is nothing there that can stretch for me or something like a corset Can I wear that would set back over time?
Stevenl, Many things you can do: - Rotate / Roll your shoulders forward and up and around and let them settle down and as far as they'll stay and get used to their stay there. - Sit down with your head back (not tilted back, but pulled back as a double chin). - Now consider that your thighs touch the chest before you sit. You'll be on a different part of your bottom when you're sitting. Sit on this part of your background every time you sit. It is virtually impossible to maintain an upright seated in the back of the basin. - Get a chair nada. These things will help you in your path back better than any president real - they wrap your knees. They are perfect for a long time sitting there other things you can do and I know a great resource for further investigation. I'll post a link below so that you can pursue.
