
I am a ballet dancer and I can hardly keep my knees strait?
And I was wondering if you all had advice on how me could keep the perfect posture and keep my knees strait?
imagine holding a penny in your ... ehem behind. squeeze. pilates do. divided stretch every day. weight training. I still have this problem and I danced for years. and thats the first thing to do when you quit dance class: (just keep it, it will come if you work on it at any time possible as you can. also try sleep with one leg against the wall in a split position!
