
What are the advantages of using a hopper space for exercise?
I was wondering if there are health benefits of the use of a space hopper regularly?! strange question, but a friend does regularly and tries to make me one to use for the year. Obviously, I do not want to waste time using if it is not very useful. What needs improvement? muscles What? Is it better balance or posture, etc.? Any help would apperciated. Thank you.
I suppose the space hopper is similar to a ball Fit Ball / Swiss and is thus very good for toning and firming because it helps you strengthen your stabiltity base balance on it.
