
How can u avoid bending the back and lower back pain?
Well, I began more and more an intuition of a few years but I just out today. my back hurts all the time (in the lower back). I can not stand are put right and my posture I can but I'm starting to bend again. I really need help. my back hurts all the time. and when I try to crack my back I get this horrible pain. The worst is that im only 14. I noticed however that many kids my age slouch / intuition 2. Please Please help !!!!! thank you !!!!! answer 4
At the age of fourteen years ago that changes may be made to posture, but you will need help. Posture is a reflection of your inner feelings so that the first thing that has to do is feel better about skin. When done, you will notice that the body will also change for the better.
